8-month in-person course · Forlì, Italy

Turn your practice into a system that gets results.

Stop guessing what to work on. Start building progress you can measure. With clarity, structure, and the right support.
The problem

What happens when you have the skills, but no system to turn them into progress?

Drop images/practice.jpg
  • You keep practicing. You keep taking lessons.
  • But you still feel stuck at the same level.
  • You don't need to practice more.
  • You don't need another random exercise.
  • You don't need to try harder.
  • You just need a proven system that shows you exactly what to work on, why it matters, and how to measure your progress. Every single time you pick up your instrument.

You think more time will fix it.
You think more practice will fix it.
You think pushing harder will fix it.
But it doesn't.

Hard work without direction is just noise.

I see far too many talented musicians stuck in this trap. They're putting in the hours, but without a clear plan, they end up circling the same problems and hope something will finally click.

The musicians who grow the fastest are not always the most gifted. They're the ones who follow a system. A system that tells them what to focus on, why it matters, and how to measure their progress.

That's exactly what this program is built to give you.

A letter from Andrea

How I learned this

Andrea Scaffardi Drop images/letter.jpg

Dear musician who's doing everything "right" but still feels stuck…

For years, I was you.

I practiced for hours every day. Took every lesson I could. Played in concerts. Entered competitions. But behind the scenes, I never knew if I was actually getting better. I thought winning auditions and competitions would give me that answer. I was wrong.

I was working harder than ever but felt I wasn't improving as I wanted. Some weeks I felt nothing could stop me, while others I felt like I'd gone back to square one. No system. No clarity. No way to know if what I was doing would actually pay off. Every time I'd start a new project, I felt like starting over again.

Then came the question that changed everything:

"If we all have the same 24 hours, why do some succeed while others don't?"

I stopped looking for the answer inside music. I studied how athletes, entrepreneurs, and artists built their progress. I took courses. Joined masterminds. Hired coaches. I experimented all the time. I became obsessed.

And I came to understand something crucial: This game is not about the 10.000 hours. It's about systems. Sure, you'll need the hours later, but it was clear that all the people I studied followed one: a system that gave them direction, structure, and focus.

So I took what I learned and puzzled it together into my own framework. At first it wasn't perfect, it took me years to refine it. But then...it started working.

It led me to win two major orchestra jobs. And more importantly, it gave me a way to know where I was going, how to get where I wanted, and how to keep moving forward - no matter what.

I know exactly how it feels to work hard without knowing if it's enough. That's why I built this program. Because when you have the right system, it's no longer a matter of "if" you'll get there, only "when".

Who this is for

You're closer than you think

If you're reading this, you probably already have:

  • A solid technique and a few thousand hours of practice behind you
  • A clear idea of what you want to achieve
  • The confidence that this can work (you just need the right system)

Maybe you've been taking lessons for years, learning pieces, pushing your technique - but when it's time to perform or audition, you're not sure of what will happen on stage. It's not that you're not improving, it's that your results are not taking you where you want to be.

That's not a "you" problem. That's a system problem.

You may have tried advice, methods, or practice plans that weren't made for you. This program teaches you the core principles that drive a progress that lasts for any musician, then gives you the tools and a structure to make them work for you.

My most successful students already had the dedication and the skill. They just needed a clear system to maximize their potential.

  • Optimize the habits that make you bulletproof through auditions, concerts, and setbacks.
02

The Anatomy of a Long Tone Live in person

  • Watch how I play my daily technical routine live, with comments and full breakdown.
  • See what I'm focusing on while I play, and what I do when things are not working.
  • Understand why each exercise is in the routine, so you can build yours.
  • Leave with a routine made for your playing, not a copy of mine.
03

  • Learn to edit your audio like a pro.

A guest workshop with Gioele Rudari on staying healthy across a career that asks a lot of your body.
  • Understanding the risk factors that can lead to injuries and the strategies to prevent them.
  • Knowing the main disorders and recognizing their early symptoms to avoid ignoring them.
  • Learn how to structure practice so volume doesn't cost you your hands, your embouchure, or your hearing.
  • Build a warm-up and recovery habit that takes minutes, not hours.
05

Online Artist

Present yourself online so that what people find when they look you up matches what you actually do.
  • Work out what you actually want to be known for, and let that decide what you post.
  • Find the format you can sustain, instead of the one you think you're supposed to do.
  • Build a workflow that fits around playing, teaching and practice, so posting doesn't eat your week.
  • Understand how programmers and colleagues actually look you up, and what they're looking for.

Beyond his unquestionable knowledge and competence on the clarinet and its repertoire, the way he structures his method, if applied consistently, leads to inevitable and tangible progress.

I really loved this course. I found the content clear, practical, and immediately applicable. It helped me make my daily practice far more effective and organized, but above all it made me take a big step forward in the search for my own sound.

Luigi D'Amelio

★★★★★

I got to expand and improve my practice method, above all in the search for greater technical precision and higher quality of sound (quality, dynamic range, colour, intonation). I feel more secure in performance and I handle moments of stress much better. I feel I've improved thanks to this course, and I've been able to confirm it through outside feedback and recordings of exams and performances. In every lesson I learned something useful and/or gained solid foundations to work from, all while enjoying it and without any kind of negative pressure.
